Well, I hope sharing my testimonial and my approach to the Beachbody 3 Day Refresh help you. Here’s my story –>I lost 3 pounds, 1 inch off my waistline, and 0.5 inch off my hips & got clearer skin in 3 days with a quick 3 Day Refresh ….. SAY WHAT?!
I’m so excited to report in my 3 Day Refresh results! (Excuse the no make-up, bedhead look as pics were taken 1st thing in the morning ….. yikes!)
This cleanse could not have come at a better time of the month (you pickin’ up what I’m puttin’ down ladies?). During a week where my skin was totally broken out from post-travel, stress and hormones and when I normally would’ve gained a few pounds, I LOST WEIGHT & GOT CLEARER SKIN!
This was the Daily Meal Plan I followed:
Upon waking – 8oz glass of water
Breakfast – Beachbody Shakeology + serving of fruit (I chose cataloupe, mixed berries & strawberries)
Mid-AM tea (optional) and Fiber Sweep (digestive health drink)… which was interesting! … actually tastes very pleasant and texture is very smooth but be sure to shake well & drink ASAP or it kind of clumps!
Lunch = Vanilla Fresh (high-protein-hunger-satisfying shake -AMAZEBALLS! it even more than my Vanilla Shakeology! Hope Beachbody starts packaging it separately so I can drink it all month long! Great way to get a vegetarian protein into your daily diet in addition to Shakeology.) + serving of fruit (I chose blueberries, banana & a green apple) , veggie (I chose carrots, kale & carrots again) & healthy fat option (like hummus, avocado, or olive oil)
Afternoon Snack – veggie (I chose celery & peppers, cucumbers & jicama) + healthy fat option
Afternoon tea (otional)
Dinner – Vanilla Fresh + Dinner Recipe Option (I chose Lemony Green Beans, Spinach Salad & Cucumber-Tomato Salad) + 1 cup Veggie Broth seasoned with herbs (optional)
Evening tea (optional)
The Beachbody 3 Day Refresh is a great option if
