Healthy Pumpkin Spice Frappucino Recipe

Substitute healthy pumpkin spice latte | The Graues

Pumpkin Spice Frappucino’s (and Lattes…) are back at Starbucks, and they are made with real pumpkin this year in case you hadn’t heard. PRAISE the Lawd!!

We plan on enjoying some this fall season…but at 420 calories per grande it’s not a regular treat.

My challenge for this week was to recreate something I could have at home for my daily Vegan Chocolate Shakeology health shake. It took 3 attempts over 3 days but here’s what I came up with today to satisfy your pumpkin FIX…

Blend up the following:

1 1/2 cups of ice
1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk (30 cal)
1/2 cup of water
1 full scoop Chocolate or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
1/3 cup of canned pumpkin (40 cal)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp Starbucks via instant coffee pack (NOT the whole packet)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon

This 200 calorie version is a DAILY treat, and for 5 years has served as one of my daily meals AND been a substitute and then some for the vitamins I took on a daily basis.
